Quick Keto Peanut Butter Brownies!

Quick, easy, and so satisfying are my easy to make Keto Peanut Butter Brownies.  Like the other recipes that use KetoBakeMix these come together so quickly you will be amazed, and the taste can't be beat.  Use crunchy or creamy peanut butter, or any nut or seed butter that you desire.  Enjoy!

1½ cups KetoBakeMix ™

⅓ cup monkfruit sweetener low glycemic sweetener of choice

⅓ cup of cocoa powder

1 cup of water

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/3 cup of peanut butter warmed until pourable (creamy or crunch)

1/3 cup of no sugar added chocolate chips

 

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Whisk together KetoBakeMix, cocoa powder, and monkfruit sweetener  or sweetener of your choice into a medium sized mixing bowl. Add water and vanilla and stir until thoroughly mixed. Let stand for 5 minutes.  Pour into an 8 x 8 baking pan.  Drizzle warmed Peanut Butter (you can melt in double bowler, microwave, or on low on a stovetop) over the brownie batter and cut in with a knife making a swirl pattern.  If desired, sprinkle with the no sugar added Chocolate chips.  Bake for 18 - 23 minutes. Cool 15 minutes before cutting, serving, and enjoying.  These are delish!
