About the Inventor!

Hi ! - My name is Justine.  Happy to meet you!

I am a food scientist working for over 15 years in corporate America performing Research and Product Development for some of the best companies and brand names.

I have an undergraduate degree in Engineering, but being the food lover that I went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Food Science. After graduate school I worked for and developed food products for some of the most recognized brands in the world. It was a fun ride, but I felt a pull to venture out on my own as an inventor and entrepreneur.  I wanted to build brands that focused on clean, healthy, and organic eating whenever possible.  But most importantly, food should not just be good, it should taste delicious.  That's why I created my food products!  KetoBakeMIx, GlutenFree Pizza Crust, and more to come.
