Fluffy Keto Bread
Fluffy, Sandwich worthy Keto Bread! Slice and Enjoy, you will love it! I can't believe it Keto myself!
2 cups KetoBakMix™
1/4 tsp Salt (or to taste)
1 packet instant yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 Cup of Water warmed to 120-130 degrees F
1/3 cup Egg white or 3 Large Egg Whites
Preheat oven to 350F. Line a 9" X 5" loaf pan with parchment paper. Stir sugar and instant yeast into measuring glass of warmed water. Cover and let sit 5-10 minutes or until yeast is foamy. Meanwhile mix KetobakeMix and salt in a medium sized bowl. Once yeast is foamy, stir this mixture along with the eggs whites into the KetoBakMix™ using a whisk or hand mixer and mix until combined. Let sit for 5 minutes for ingredients to hydrate (batter will slightly thicken) then whisk for 3 minutes by hand, or 1 minute using an electric hand mixer. Pour into a 9 X 5 glass or metal loaf pan. Bake at 350F for 30 -38 minutes., or until bread is brown on top and bread springs back when touched. Cool for 10 minutes, slice, and then enjoy this delicious fluffy treat!
