1½  cups KetoBakeMix ™

1/2 cup No sugar added chocolate chips 

1/4 Cup of Water

1 tsp vanilla extract

3 TBS monkfruit sweetener (blended with erythritol) or low glycemic index sweetener of choice

 

Mix KetoBakeMix, monkfruit (or sweetener of choice) in a medium sized bowl.   Add water and vanilla and stir with a wooden spoon or spatula until blended.  With slightly oil or slight wet hands for into balls, and place on cookie sheet.  Flatten slightly as these cookies don't readily spread. Bake at 325 degrees F For 12 minutes, or until slightly brown on top,  Cool 5 minutes and enjoy!
