Keto Double Chocolate Muffins

Keto  Double Chocolate Muffins

1½ cups KetoBakeMix ™

1/3 cup monkfruit sweetener low glycemic sweetener of choice

1/3 cup of cocoa powder

1/2 cup of no sugar added chocolate chips (like Lily's brand)

1 cup of water

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Whisk together KetoBakeMix, cocoa powder, and monkfruit sweetener into a medium sized mixing bowl. Stir until thoroughly mixed.  Add chocolate chips to the batter and stir until just blended.  Pour into 6 lined or greased muffin tin pan and bake for 18 - 23 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before enjoying. Makes 6 medium muffins or 12 minis or 3 very large!
