KETOBAKEMIX KETO Pancakes & Waffles

Want light and fluffy Keto Pancakes and light and crispy Keto Waffles that satisfy your tastebuds.  This recipe was my first recipe wtih KetoBakeMIx - the one that I wanted to perfect in order to make it so easy for families to enjoy a Keto Breakfast together, or to make up a small batch of Keto Pancakes or Waffles easily and effortlessly for 1 or 2 people.     Check me out at ketobakemix.com

 

Pancakes & Waffles

1 cup KetoBakeMix ™

½ Cup of Water

2 tsp vanilla extract

½ tsp cinnamon (optional)

2 TBS monkfruit sweetener (blended with erythritol) or low glycemic index sweetener of choice

 

Mix KetoBakeMix and water into a medium sized bowl with a whisk. Let stand for 5 minutes. For Waffles pour into preheated waffle iron and cook according to waffle iron directions, or until the steam decreases. For pancakes heat a skillet to medium heat  and pour batter into skillet. Cook 3-4 minutes on each side.
